
Tami Foth - Preschool Director and Special Education
Tami holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Special education from the University of Northern Colorado. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for 27 years. She returned to Hayden School District as the preschool director and ECSE in 2023 with 11 additional years with the district in those roles previously. Experience includes classroom teacher, curriculum coach, Child Find team lead, Family Friend and Neighbor, and religion based preschool.
Hailee Smith - Preschool Assistant Director and Full Day Lead Teacher
Hailee received a director's degree in early childhood education from Colorado Mountain College. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood for 5 years and joined Hayden Valley Preschool in 2021. Last year Hailee received the award for Community Engagement and Outreach from First Impressions of Routt County. This award acknowledges teachers who actively involve parents, caregivers, and the community in the educational process, fostering strong partnerships to support children's learning and development.


Denise Turton - Preschool Half Day Lead Teacher
Denise Turton holds a Bachelor’s degree and Director qualifications from Colorado Mountain College. She has been working in early childhood education since 2000, with experience as a Lead Teacher, Director, and in special education. Denise began working at Hayden schools in 2023 and loves serving the Hayden community. Creating a safe, warm, and structured classroom where each child is met where they are, Denise partners closely with families to support children’s growth, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning through fun and engaging experiences.
Adalia George - Preschool Full Day Teacher Assistant
Adalia is an Assistant Teacher in the full-day preschool program who has been part of the school community since 2024. In 2025, Adalia received the Creativity and Arts Education Award from First Impressions of Routt County, recognizing teachers who inspire imagination and incorporate the arts into early childhood learning.
