For the safety and privacy of our students and families, bus route information is shared only with families who have completed the registration process for bus transportation.
Emails containing student pickup and drop-off times were sent again this morning to registered families. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you have not yet completed the bus registration process, please do so as soon as possible through your PowerSchool Parent Portal. Route information will be provided once all required forms have been completed and processed.

If you did not receive an email, you may still have required paperwork to complete. Please log in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal and submit all outstanding forms by this Thursday. No staff will be available in the office over the weekend to process paperwork.

Important Athletics/Activities Form Update:
We are aware of an issue within PowerSchool where the Athletics/Activities Form is currently only visible in the PowerSchool mobile app under "General Forms." At this time, it is not appearing when families log in through a computer.
We are actively working with PowerSchool IT to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If your student plans to participate in athletics or activities and you are able, you may complete the Athletics/Activities Form using the PowerSchool mobile app while we work on a permanent fix.

📢 Online Registration Reminder – Please Complete All Required Forms
Dear Hayden Families,
Thank you to everyone who has already started completing your student's online registration! We are beginning to see registrations come in for review and approval, and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this important process.
As our office reviews registrations, we have noticed that some required forms are being missed. **Please remember that all forms in the Parent Portal must be completed each year**, even if the information has not changed from previous years.
A few important reminders:
All required annual forms must be completed before your student's registration can be finalized.
Out-of-District Students: If your student attends Hayden Schools, a new Out-of-District Application must be completed every year for consideration.
Middle & High School Athletics: If your student plans to participate in **any athletic program or school activity**, please complete the **Athletics Participation Forms** available in your Parent Portal as part of the registration process.
Our office staff will begin returning to the district Wednesday, July 29, and will be available to answer questions or assist families with the registration process.
We will also host an In-Person Registration Day on:

Dear Hayden School District Families,
We are excited to introduce Online Registration through your PowerSchool Parent Portal for the 2026-2027 school year!
This new process will make annual registration easier and more convenient for our families. Through your PowerSchool Parent Portal, you will be able to:
• Complete all required annual registration forms online.
• Review and update your family's contact information.
• Update emergency contacts, medical information, and other important student records.
• Ensure your student's information is current before the first day of school.
• Access the registration forms in English or Spanish at the click of a button.
Our goal is to provide families with one convenient location to manage student information while helping the district maintain the most accurate and up-to-date records possible.
PowerSchool Parent Portal Access
Beginning July 29, if you need your student's Access ID and Access Password or have forgotten your Parent Portal username or password, please contact your school's office. Our staff will be happy to assist you in getting your account set up.
New to Hayden School District?
Families enrolling a student who is new to the district should use the New Student Registration link located on the main page of the Hayden School District website or under the Parent Resources section to begin the enrollment process.
Need Help?
We understand that online registration may be new for some families. To help make the process as smooth as possible, we will be holding an In-Person Registration Assistance Day on:
Monday, August 4 / 7:00am – 6:00pm
If you need assistance navigating the registration process, access to a computer, help setting up your Parent Portal account, or simply have questions, district staff will be available to assist you.
We are very excited about this new step forward and believe it will make registration faster, easier, and more convenient for our families for years to come.
